Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges are flat rate for US and Canada, unless the whole order goes over 70lbs. Shipping usually takes 3-5 days in the US (that does not include the order processing days) while 7-14 days to Canada. Delivery delays can occasionally occur especially during holidays so please plan and order ahead of time to make sure that you will receive your order on time.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Mahusaymom is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Mahusaymom is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping but we will definitely help you to get your money’s worth. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@mahusaymom.com so we can help you file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods in order to make this process easier for both of us.
